    Akash has an impressive track record of successfully delivering a diverse range of projects. He has built strong relationships with various organisations and has been involved in every aspect of project delivery from planning and approvals to site development, marketing, and sales.

    Akash’s ability to work seamlessly with finance partners has helped him establish a reputation for delivering quality projects to customers while providing excellent returns to investors.

    With a depth of experience across a wide range of developments, AJ Batra is a director of LandxWise and also the Managing Director & Founder of the well-established Property Development firm, Above Zero.

    Winner of the Australian Property Institute prize, AJ Batra combines a revered educated and experienced history with a deep passion for design and finance to bring a sophisticated and innovative approach to property developments of brilliant nature.

    To implement this vision, AJ brings a collaborative approach to each project, partnering with practitioners who are leaders in their respective fields, from Urban Design to Engineering and beyond.     With a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and more than 35 years’ of expertise in construction and property development, Pasquale’s achievements in Australia, South East Asia, and the Pacific are nothing short of inspiring.

    Having successfully managed the end-to-end development cycle and overseen project delivery such as medium density developments, apartments, childcare centres, master planned subdivision communities, and mixed-use developments that include retail spaces, commercial establishments, town centres, and petrol stations.

    Through his extensive experience and deep understanding of project management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and market trends, Pasquale has earned his credibility in the property industry

  • Luke Noonan - Construction Manager

    Luke has over 30 years’ experience in the development industry, having worked for some of Australia’s most prominent private and public development companies, as well as state and local government agencies.

    With qualifications in civil engineering, management, and urban development planning, Luke has an established track record in delivering great financial results and award-winning master-planned communities across Victoria, specialising in urban design, construction, sales and marketing.

    Luke has led the delivery of several award-winning notable projects, and is also a director of development firm Noonan Watts Pty Ltd.

    Annelies has over 13 years of marketing experience, specialising in property across various asset classes for the past 9 years.

    She is experienced in leading and delivering projects, generating leads, creating brand campaigns, and working with national and international brand ambassadors. Her projects have consistently delivered multi-million-dollar outcomes, cementing her reputation as a results-driven marketing professional.

    Annelies has extensive experience in built form and off-the-plan projects and has worked on some of Victoria’s most renowned masterplanned communities and mixed-use projects. She completed her Bachelor of Communication (Advertising) and Bachelor of Tourism at Monash University.

    Gaviin Gill, is a highly sought-after acquisitions and investment specialist with 15 years of experience in the greenfield and englobo land sectors.

    Gaviin’s extensive industry experience and connections, valuable insights into the intricate details of the VPA’s Growth Corridor Plans and the ability to identify how to capitalise on the investment returns of short-to-medium to long-term value-driven opportunistic acquisitions are unparalleled within the sector.

     He is the Founder and owner of Aussttramel Real Estate and Amdan Capital, both of which boast an excellent track record with numerous vendors, buyers, investors and partners.
